I am Myers-Briggs qualified and I also take a systems approach to helping clients to find the solutions to their problems when appropriate. I have focused my coaching on the academic environment and have coached numerous academic staff in various leadership positions, often helping them to understand the complexities of their role and environment and to navigate those better.
I qualified as a coach from the Henley Management School in 2010 and I have worked in UK universities during a career spanning more than 20 years. I currently head up the Educational Excellence Centre at Brunel University London. I am actively involved in researching academic leadership as I am driven to improve both the experience of leaders and those being led in today’s challenging climate.
